All seating and casegoods undergo center-of-gravity shift testing to ensure furniture remains stable under uneven force or child climbing, which is critical for safety in public spaces.
BIFMA Commercial Load Standard
Static load testing: Ensures the frame does not deform under prolonged pressure. Dynamic fatigue testing: Simulates tens of thousands of impacts to ensure the structure remains secure and stable.
Premium Textile Testing
Martindale abrasion testing: Fabrics achieve 30,000 to 100,000 abrasion cycles to ensure long-term durability. Colorfastness: Helps prevent fading caused by cleaning agents or sunlight exposure.
High-Quality Hardware Testing
Hinges and drawer runners are tested through 50,000 opening and closing cycles to ensure their performance remains smooth and consistent over time.
